The Bohai handlebar Ltd.of Huanghua City, Which was founded in 1970 .It is the biggest corporation producing bicycle handlebar in North China .The various types of handlebar proudcted by the corporation win the title of “High Quanlity ”product title in the Dcpartment in 1990.
